Return & Refund Policy – Rupali Jewels

At Rupali Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains our terms for returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The return request is made within 2 days of receiving the order.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, jewellery items cannot be returned for change of mind or size issues unless they are damaged/defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@rupalijewels.store with your order number, clear pictures, and reason for return.
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility.
- If approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on return shipping.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, or Card).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If the product is defective or incorrect, we will replace it with the correct item (subject to stock availability). If the replacement is not available, we will process a refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or worn jewellery.
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
